I'm from Tijuana / San Diego, terrible service!nnAnd I only wanted advice because a cement truck fell on the freeway gravel and I crashed my glass and lightning my car.nnI only spoke to him to advise me how to proceed with the incident ... to which they gave me negative.nnI ended up sending an email to all their directors to let them know my case .... I was finally assigned to a very professional agent to tell me they can not help me.nnThat was my experience of the service 2 years ago ... and today I wanted to renew my binational insurance ... I did not want to waste my money on them.nnFor managers ... they can review my case ... if they want to improve these areas of opportunity.nMy email ... [email protected] 34714nnI repeat ... I just wanted advice on how to proceed with the accident.nMy policy is 3rd ... but I expected advice ... to say the least.
