Long story LONG!! Had a great vehicle, but like most let go of the warranty because my car was dependable and had never let me down. Well everyone's nightmare... car breaks down and goes to shop. Repairs in the thousands so there I go, spend a big down payment to get the best vehicle with all the bells and whistles. And when I say that I mean, all warranties, on top of warranties and some extra warranties in case the real warranty doesnt cover it. So all that said and done, I call my insurance agent to get informed yes sir, that will be another $150 a month for your new vehicle. ud83dude2e. Yes that was my response! Then I get a call from an angel, yes angel because I know God sent her ud83dude07. Ms Erin Mika!!! She didn't try to sale me, she called to compare. Who does that? But after her patience and my exhausted story of adding additional vehicles, well she won my heart. It was that simple! She was actually giving me prices unheard of. She also added my home and just about gave me 45% more affordable pricing while giving me 3 times the coverage. I must say I was amazed and mostly grateful and thankful that there is companies and people like Erin who don't try to sale a product, but sale a service that actually benefits the customer. I can finally say that there is people out there that care what they do. Erin pitched a sale and it was her integrity and just great attitude that made me make my choice. Many people pass on an opportunity because the voice on the other end of the line sounds like they are in it for a sale. Erin made it ALL ABOUT ME! So I know I'm special and she's my special agent!
