So happy I found Pro Defense! Tech Sean was awesome! Very knowledgeable. Took his time to really understand the pest problem we have at our home. Explained everything he was going to be doing and what products he was using. Would 100% recommend!!
Always great service! My tech is Chris Freeman and he is wonderful. Always timely, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are having pest problems including rodents, i highly recommend pro-defense and ask for Chris to be your tech!!!
Wonderful company to work with. They make you feel like they're not just trying to get done so they can go to another job, they take the time to make sure the job is done right and treat you as though you were their only customer. That's just the customer service, the actual product they use works great. Aaron, the technician who came out today was friendly, professional, knowledgable and represented the company well.

Chris was on time and very friendly. I recently fired my pest control company after no shows and never answering the phone. I called Pro Defense and was given an appointment next day. Technician was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Very happy with this company. Five stars all the way!
