Most of the store items have no price on them or on the shelf. I inquired about this when this store opened and the district manager who was in-store at the time said very rudely give us a minute we just opened a month ago. Well its been years now.......does he still need more time to price the merchandise??
Old man working was EXTREMELY RUDE. Im a gold fuel rewards member and I asked him for 20 gallons of premium. He tried to charge me $20. I told him I said 20 gallons not dollars he was clearly irritated and told me I need to speak up or make up my mind. I finally told him just give me $50 on my pump. He was very rude and made it seem like I was wasting his time. And incidentally, when I went to pump gas it was $36.80 and like 15.4 something gallons. ud83dude15 Other than that, I would have gave the store a 5 star rating because it looked extremely clean, big selection of items, even multiple vacuums and just a very large Shell altogether. But after this rude incident you best believe I will not be filling up (or attempting to) my Range Rover there ever again. If you don't like your job, find another one. Or retire. Poor customer service and the older gentleman who works there ripped me off $1 on The Lonestar lineup. You buy 6 tickets for $5 and he insisted it's $1/ticket...He stated he doesn't like selling lottery tickets..He refused to give me the name of the Manager.
Incredible convenience store - has everything you can possibly think of! So much selection, so clean, and the customer service is unbelievable all the time! Highly recommend!!
Brand new station with lazy staff. Most gas pumps were out of paper and facility is on its way to being just another filthy convenience store.
