Front office staff is no help. Good luck if you have any type of billing disputes ect. They tried pushing several test on us and claimed insurance would cover the bills only for them to turn around and bill us several hundred dollars. All tests came back negative , but claimed we should go forward with more testing and put our child in the hospital just to make 99.9% sure everything was ok. They called us every day for two weeks trying to schedule more tests even after we said we'd wait and see as we didn't think anything was wrong with our child.
