Dr. Hanul Bhandari was very attentive, took time to listen to my consents and symptoms. Bianca Lopez his nurse practitioner was also very compassionate went above and beyond in my care very appreciative of them both!

I had an emergency and was a new patient at that. I sent them an email at 2am, called early in the morning and when I felt all was lost, they called me back and asked if I could make it that day! All other neurologists were 2 to 4 months out and my situation was desperate and they knew it. I even am getting my tests done today. The Dr himself was extremely polite, helpful and understanding. The other office staff was very friendly, ever single one. I will be forever grateful to this office.

Not a good place to go. They scheduled my wife appointment and when she couldn’t fine they office she tried calling them they wouldn’t answer the phone and then return the her call two days later. Then the lady that deal with the insurance she call her a lie saying she can’t be on certain insurance because if her age which she didn’t know what she’s was talking about. From the very first day she been trying to get appointment since last year and the guy she spoke gave her the wrong fax number which went to his brother and he going say he didn’t. Man this mass up place. Then mark going her after she told them she wasn’t coming back after she drove over there twice and couldn’t fine their office building because they don’t tell the new patients what’s building number it is they think you should know.

Best neurologist of the 5 I have had in my life! Dr. Bhandari is very polite and knowledgeable he took me off medications prescribed by other neurologists for that were exacerbating my condition as a result of interactions. The new medication I am on now costs less and actually works. Have met with the PA once but she was great and helped me get a prescription that was not originally covered by my insurance for free from a specialty pharmacy. Office staff has always been very polite and helpful with any needs.

The staff is disorganized and doesn't listen. I communicated several times about obvious errors on my chart that needed to be corrected that never happen. I was also told by Dr. Bhandari that one of my medications might be causing my hand tremors; which could have been confirmed with an mri. But never bothered to order one despite multiple calls and requests explaining to order one. Especially since the time it takes to discontinue and start a new medication hoping it'll work. I also raised a concern about anesthesia bc I was having surgery soon that took weeks to get a response. At this time point I was 2 weeks post op and it was the fnp who got back to me, Dr. Bandari couldn't be bothered or his staff never passed along the message.
