I really like Dr Katselnick but it is impossible to make an appointment. The recordings do not give you an option to talk to a real person instead of leaving messages. If some one does answer the phone it’s to say “Hold” but no one ever comes back to speak to you. I’ve waited 30 min on hold and then gave up, I’ve tried their website but it is just a frustrating. Sorry Dr K. I may have to find another endocrinologist who can actually see me.

Their scheduling line states that voicemail is full. I hate seeing such positive reviews of these doctors but that their staff is poor. I am experiencing the same issue as I can't even get an answer to my calls. I was trying to access the online portal and the link expired, after dealing with the lack if answers to my calls, I will have to cancel appointment ... if somebody will ever answers the phone. Also, Diabetes is spelled wrong on emails.

I highly recommend Dr. Welch and her team at Diabetes and Metabolism Specialists. Prior to coming here five different doctors had tried to get my Type 2 diabetes under control over a four-year period. Within two visits (approximately 90 days) Dr. Welch had my A1C down from over 8 to 6. She is highly competent, caring and simply provides the best care possible.

I call and call and call this place for them to send Rx in for my Dad and it takes an act of GOD to get it done. The specialty pharmacy has called them and faxed them and no response either. We’ve been trying for MONTHS to get a follow up appt for my Dad who is an established patient of over a year. Dr Welch and the nurse practitioner are great IF YOU CAN GET TO THEM!! The office staff is HORRENDOUS!!!!! Never ever ever call anyone back. I just don’t think it’s worth the headache.

Dr. M did a great job I started going to the clinic 18 months ago I was 335 pounds with an A1 C of 10.0 my god that’s too high in less than 12 months I was down to 215 pounds and A-1 C of 5.9 the staff at this clinic is understanding and very prone to help you achieve your goals I can highly recommend this facility to get back on track great job
