I have been a patient for approx 3 years. The patient coordinators give premier luxury service and always so helpful. Always Very clear and fair when discussing insurance coverage and service costs. Always following up post visits.nThe doctors assistants are on point and extremely professional. Dr. Lorenzana is the ultimate best in his medical field. The office waiting is living room comfy, relaxing, covid sanitized& clean. Thank you to all LP staff

Showing up, the clerks answering the phone were speaking very badly about the patients they were calling on the phone. I should have known better. If the people at the front desk were gossiping about patients then why would they care to help me?nI was moved into a room and the assistant asked me a questionnaire. I informed her I had already had xrays done. She was immediately trying to take more. I ask her to try to contact my dentist. Meanwhile Lorenzana came in to talk to me. I explained I was seeking a price quote. I would like to work within my budget but needed help with my dental work. He looked surprised and asked me see which tooth and he began to count to the assistant the number of my teeth. As she finished writing things down, he inspected briefly at my gums and teeth and the assistant looked very shocked and disgusted with my teeth. She took steps back and looked at me in disgust. I have never felt more embarrassed. I was trying to seek expert opinion and help but I felt so discouraged by how her face look disgusted. He really encouraged me to have a cat scan done right now. He said it would cost about 250 dollars for one tooth. He said the insurance doesn’t cover that. I thought about why I needed this. He came back later and asked me why I did not have the cat scan. I asked him if this would be the only time he would be doing a cat scan of my mouth because I had another back molar that needed work. He said no, each cat scan is individual per tooth costs 250 for the cat scan. Then he stated he would need another cat scan in 2 months. I asked him if he took my insurance. He said the lady’s at the front do that. I was moved to another room. I waited for 25 minutes. I finally had to leave to pick up my children. I was driving back across town. I informed her I would have to come back another day. As I had to get my kids. The receptionist asked for over 100 for the dental appointment. I asked if this could be covered by my insurance. She was extremely rude. And said no you went to too many dentists appointments and your insurance won’t pay. I asked for a price quote with my insurance via email. she never emailed me the prices. My overall experience was so horrible. I have never been made to feel that way. I thought dentists were supposed to help their patients not this. It felt like their priority is to make the most money out of you. You can tell when someone in that profession really cares about their patients and wants to do what’s best. Charging and charging the patient for unnecessary scans and exposing me to high amount of radiation is not just wrong but it’s also called fraud. Conducting diagnostic exams several times is inflating the bill. I would not be surprised if his practice gets audited. Their intentions are not good. To protect yourself, I would advise you to not come to this location.

Dr. Lorenzana did excellent work for my three implants. All the three implants were no pain, no complication, but very nice results. He is very professional and knowledgeable in what he is doing. His staff is professionally trained as well. They are very nice! Strongly recommend!
