Amazing customer service. The framed photo was finished by expected timeframe. I even got a call afterwards to see if I was satisfied. I highly recommend this frame shop.

Just picked up my four framed prints today and was thrilled with how they turned out. Kelley did an excellent job with her recommendations and laying out the options at my disposal. Posted this Duncan one on Twitter to the artist who made it and multiple people complimented the teal frame and how it matched the background seamlessly. Will be coming back for future framing needs!

Great experience from drop off to project completion. The staff provided me with many options to choose from, and made every effort to work within my timelines. Most importantly, their products and pricing was very competitive with the same options at other competitors, and the quality of work delivered makes me a potential repeat customer for my future framing needs. Professional, customer forward, veteran friendly establishment. My order was placed just before the pandemic shut-down. However, Kelly kept me informed and delivered as soon as allowed. The mirror was the perfect finishing touch to my master bath reno! Kelly is a true artist and I am proud to have one of her pieces!
