My husband and I picked out flooring (floor tile, carpet, shower tile-floor and wall, brick tile and backsplash) last night with Kelly and Teresa and they were both AMAZING! They had a great variety to choose from (almost too much for me) and were very helpful in determining the best selections for our new home. They were very respectful of our likes and kept that in mind when helping us with our selections. They even had suggestions as to paint color! I’m very happy that our contractor, Chris Hodges with Eagle Ridge Builders sent us to them and HIGHLY recommend them.

We contracted with Flourish (formerly Design Cooperative) on a new home build for all of our flooring and tiling needs through our builder Tim Fincannon (TSF Development). We signed a contract with Kelly and worked with Julio on site. We were promised an extra box of material for every type of tile and hardwood installed for future repairs but we never received an extra box of material for our hardwood and several tiles used in the home. We were left with several problems with our project and we were assured they would be fixed but they never were. Kelly and Julio stopped returning our phone calls and emails after promising to complete the project. We have a backsplash that was never completed after an inspector found an outlet was covered by the drywall and tile. We had water damage to our wood floor where water came in under the door as the project was being completed and under the one year warranty. Our builder Tim and Julio assured us this would be fixed and it never was. We have carpet in some places that wasn't stretched and tacked down properly. During the project our carpet was going to be installed when it was cold outside without HVAC activated. The carpet installer they hired told us the carpet would bubble once HVAC came on. I called the carpet manufacturer Mohawk and they said carpet should acclimate for 48 hours with the HVAC on and the temp 65 or above before installed. Otherwise there can be shrinking and expanding and the warranty on the carpet would be void. I shared this information with our builder Tim and Kelly and our builder said he nor Kelly never heard of that before though it seems to be a standard in the industry. Thankfully the installer told us that or our carpet would've been installed without HVAC on and our warranty void. Our hardwood floor was installed without HVAC on and sat for many months without HVAC including winter months. Kelly and Julio's installers put paper over the wood floor with blue painters tape to help protect the floor during construction. While the baseboard was going in the carpenter cut the blue tape with his knife rather than peel the tape and cut our hardwood floor in several places. Our builder Tim and Julio told us they would repair these but those repairs never happened.

We worked with Kelly from Design Co-Op for two flooring projects in our home - tile for our first floor, and vinyl plank for our second. Both projects we're great experiences. We chose to work with Design Co-Op for both their competitive pricing and customer service. Kelly first visited our home and spent a good amount of time measuring our square footage to provide an accurate quote. We visited her storefront in Salado to browse her tile and LVP selections, which were both extensive and high-quality. When we decided to move forward, she quickly coordinated with her partner to get us on the installation team's schedule. Both installation teams (tile and LVP) were very courteous and motivated to work, completing work quickly and professionally. The Design Co-Op team never pressured us to make any decision we weren't prepared to make, and were very willing to help us feel comfortable and in control. We have received nothing but compliments on our new floors. We enjoyed working with Kelly and her partner, and highly recommend Design Co-Op for all flooring needs.
