Ace Pest Control

We have been using Ace for over a year now and it is time for an annual review.nI first, there is no contract and I like this. Next, I had to get over my assumptions about large corporate fleet of uniformed pest control personnel at a call desk. I call and leave a message, they call me back with in 24 hours. Karen is friendly and very accommodating. Scheduling is easy and while We are on a quarterly treatment plan, Ace never hesitated to come back out for spot treatments if bugs we’re finding a way in. This year we had a Tent Tree Moth infestation. One treatment of the trees and it cleaned them out, but Knowing the treatment is water soluble I had them do it again one month later. I am very pleased with the value of service we receive from Ace. Looking forward to another year of treatments.

Excellent service. Owner is a good guy and always a pleasure to speak to. We've been using them for nearly a year and had no issues. We've had to recall them a couple of times after we moved in but they got our bug problem under control and taken care of.

Been trying to cancel my service but no one ver seems to answer the phone. We have an outdoor ant problem and it has never been resolved in the year I have been with them. I already got a new pest control however can’t seem to cancel with them.

I wish I could give no stars. I hired Ace to deal with a roach problem I have at a rental unit I own in Killeen. They came and treated the place and a couple of weeks later I notice that we still had a serious problem. In fact, It didn't seem like they treated it at all. When I called, the lady told me that the person that treated it said that they wouldn't be able to kill them all and that I would still have a problem even after it was treated. They never told me that, or I would have used a different company instead of wasting my money. When I told the lady that I didn't think that I received the service that I paid for, she suggested that I choose a different company next time. Good advice! I live in Salado, and I will spread the word. Using Ace is a Waste!
