my Son had what we thought was a broke tooth that was hurting him. I called to set an appointment on Wednesday afternoon and they were able to get him in by Thursday morning. The receptionist was very helpful and sweet over the phone. She took all of our insurance information and was well prepared for our arrival. When we pulled up it looked as if they were packed with all of the cars in the parking lot but our appointment wasn’t delayed at all and the reception area wasn’t packed. We walked in the door and the receptionist greeted my son using his name. (We had not been to this dentist before so that tells me she’s well organized.) The assistant we had was obviously a new employee and learning but she did well. The other assistant, Anna, was helping her with any questions that she had. Every person in the office was smiling and seemed to genuinely be happy working there. The Dr was very informative. He was GREAT with my son. Quite possibly the best dentist we’ve had in a very long time. I have made cleaning and exam appointments for myself, my husband, and both of my sons. We will continue to see Dr Lufburrow for as long as we possibly can. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was.

I highly recommend this dentist. I brought my 6 year old daughter in who normally doesn’t doesn’t do well at the dentist. The staff was amazing!!! The dental hygienist was so patient and made sure that she felt safe. We will definitely be back.

The staff at Dr Lufburrow's office is super friendly and professional. My hygienist during the last visit was extremely caring and concerned for my comfort during the visit. Dr Lufburrow shows genuine concern for his patients. I highly recommend this office.

Very timely! Friendly and helpful staff! My hygienist did a great job and providing some good information fo my oral hygiene which I appreciated greatly!
