Stopped in just to look around. I was new to the area, and was out exploring. They had a decent selection of art out to look at, with some works in progress. But what really impressed me most, was the proprietor (I believe the owner), talked to me for close to an hour. Giving me information of the area, history of the area, things to do all over Texas, a run down of all the different artists in Salado. I seriously wish I would have taken a notebook.

Great, internationally recognized, abstract expressionist. Twice named in the top 60 artists in the world. Oil on canvas, Impasto, Great colors, very evocative.
