This place is a joke. Lived in Elkhart for a year, and there was a boil water notice EVERY OTHER week!! Water tasted horrible. On top of that they want you to pay a 250$ deposit fine ok whatever, they want it in cash and in full before you get your water turned on, ok fine. But when it’s time to get your money back, what do they do? They BS and prolong it!! I still haven’t received my refund for my deposit and I’ve moved 2 months ago. They “sent it” but I never received it. Was told to go to them get the tracking number and the lady canceled the check I told her we don’t need to do that I just need the tracking number she said no I’m gonna cancel it today, I was like why I’m right here just give me the tracking number no I’m gonna cancel it !! Now it’s been over a week she told me the check was on her desk she will “try and get to it today” this was last Monday. I called today and “no it hasn’t been sent out” ok well do you know when? “No idk” so ridiculous!!
