clean and safe during pandemic, quiet place to study to get out of the house
Terrible school. Terrible, hateful staff. I’m not sure how the doors stay open as much financial paperwork that disappears. I applied to a program that I met all the requirements for and they lost my transcripts after saying they were received months earlier. I hand walked the envelope to them the second time before the deadline. Then they denied me from the program saying I got all my stuff in too late. When I paid tuition they said I didn’t pay despite the transaction record on my card. I had to pay again before they would refund me the original payment.
Southwest and the admissions employees are very unprofessional. I supposedly graduated from southwest in 2017 but I never got my degree and they let me walk across the stage. How is that even possible? This is the worst institution ever. Everything is done by calling a number that no one ever answers to. Very frustrating when calling admissions. It’s like nobody wants to work but they still want to get payed. Very unprofessional and undesirable. I will never speak good on Southwest it is not worthy.
How can we succeed if we can barely understand the teachers language. The excellent teachers don't even be teach in the summer and fall. U take that back, very few excellent teachers.nRecord the people in admissions, advising, directors, cashier's, etc. TOO MANY BLACK PEOPLE WORKING IN ADMINISTRATION. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING!
Great instructors, worst customer service and communication ever. If you like being barked at by condescending office clerks, this is the place for you. Also, does not offer student loans.
