Janice recommended and booked our Honeymoon package. I am so thankful for her recommendation! We were taken care of as soon as we landed in Mexico. She set up the shuttle service that took as from the airport straight to the hotel. She also made sure to book us the best possible room and resort. We got the upgraded room which came with a butler service and a swim out room. We had a great time!

Used Bartlett Travel to book a cruise, and we are so glad we did! The agent advised us on everything which helped us get the most from our vacation! She even thought of the little details that made our trip special, like giving the cruise line our anniversary date, selecting best cabin placement for our balcony to have the best views at the ports, and upgrading our spa package. It was a wonderful experience!

Janice booked flights for my group traveling to the U.K. one week ago with only a 45 minute layover in Atlanta. That connection might have been possible ONLY with perfect flying conditions which didn't happen. We spent the night in Atlanta and didn't get a flight out until the next night. Not happy.
