McMinnville Water Department-Billng

Horrible, they Shut of water with no notice and then you have to pay extra to turn it back on the pay extra with your card. This is the only place in McMINNVILLE that will shut you off immediately after due date its ridiculous bad bad bad business practice!

They are required to give a 10 day shutoff notice in writing by mail or a 3 day notice via phone or electronically. I did not get any notice of water shutoff, and came home from a long day at work to no water. Then, once a company shuts off your water, they are also required to leave a notice of why it was shut off and how to fix it. That was also not given to me. I'm currently writing out a dispute.nIt's a real shame that a company I can't avoid can't even do its job correctly.

If u call them and arrange to pay they work with u there many time I was late all I did was call y tell them when y they always tell me it be ok but if u don't call then yes they cit water off

Got my water shut off over 20 bucks, no warning ,I have two kids one is a baby and one stayed home from school because I don't want him to go dirty.I work two jobs go plenty of money to pay they ,are scumbags.one star is the lowest I could give I would not give you that, they suck
