Warren County Health Department

The most organized group I have ever seen. The covid vaccine took all of 15 minutes. It was detailed, organized and knowledgeable. I would recommend these folks to be the leaders in any urgent situation. I give them thumbs up!!! Great job! The staff was so pleasant.

Appreciate getting both vaccines at the Health Dept. Didn't have to wait in line to get the 2nd one. Thanks to the staff for bundling up and giving us vaccines in the cold weather!

I’m very pleased with them and thankful for their help!! I’m from a different county (Dekalb) and for three weeks I have been rescheduled for my WIC appointment. They said they tried calling me (appointments are over the phone) never once received a phone call or voice mail. Once I call them back they said there is nothing they can do but reschedule and now I’m having to wait until January when I been trying since the beginning of December. They were suppose to issue and my card at my first initial phone call and never once did. I call Warren county HD and they were able to get me an appointment that day and even issued my card the same day.

These folks are professional and kind. Well done!
