The physical therapy team at Semmes Murphey is one of a kind. From the first day of PT to the last, my Physical Therapist Ronnie went above and beyond to assure that i would recover in the set amount of time my doctor put in place. Thank you so much for giving me the tools needed to feel 100%. “The only easy day was yesterday.”

It's easy to understand the negative replies now. Our initial appointment was smooth and somewhat expedient. Unfortunately the first impression was a facade. Surgery has been rescheduled. Blood work rescheduled twice, still waiting on an answer for rescheduling Covid test. The right hand is clueless to what the left is doing. People's lives are being impacted due to this virus. One of the hardest hits is the ability to earn a wage. Being a small business owner, it isn't easy to have to reschedule, but you work through it. When you have to reschedule twice, it is close to impossible when the times are moved up. Now having to reschedule a third time without a clue as to when you are scheduled reaches that impossibility.nnI can understand the general consensus that the medical field has become a laughing stock. It is the most ill run business in this country besides our government. These are professionals? Ha!

My friend had an appointment with Dr McDonald and Dr Wright. PREPARE YOURSELF TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO SEE THESE DOCTORS!!!!! Front desk staff is nice but the wait times are EXTREMELY TOO LONG FOR SOMEONE TO BE SITTING IN PAIN! I would not recommend this clinic. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MONEY MONEY MONEY!!! Also if you need an MRI done PREPARE TO BE SCHEDULED AT LEAST A MONTH OUT! This place is SAD!

Dr Graham has been wonderful to work with. Also, Dr Polk for my nerve blocks has been awesome. The staff are kind and caring . I will be meeting with a surgeon soon and I know that will be a great informative experience also. My husband had back surgery here several years ago by Dr Foley and has had great results. We both can’t say enough positive things about this clinic, doctors and staff.

Do not schedule with the nurse practitioner Melanie Laforce. I had my appointment with her a few weeks ago, and she is terribly unfriendly. Her bedside is poor. She doesn’t listen at all, and kept interrupting my wife. We want a provider that is professional and respectful. Do not make an appointment with her. She also wrote a prescription for a medication that interacts with another one I am on, and the pharmacy had to catch it. We will not be back.
