I am only leaving one star so I can write this review. If I could give this establishment ZERO stars I would. First they take your money before being seen which isn’t out of the ordinary for some medical clinics but I am literally sitting here waiting while I write this review. I have been here since 10:00 am. It is now 11:15 and I still haven’t been seen. There is no one in front of me and only two patients in the entire building. I keep getting told that I am next but that’s only after I ask, not because someone was courteous enough to come and inform me. I don’t normally leave reviews but This is horrible customer service! If you are wanting to be seen in a timely manner DO NOT COME HERE! You might as well go to the Emergency Room.

Today I visited the office to get tested for Covid-19. I arrived at 8:45am and turned my paperwork in to the front desk at 9:00am. I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and turned my car off....turned it back in because it is 34 degrees outside. By now it is 10:03 and I decide to call and check in with them. The lady says there are 2 people in front of me and it will be 45 more minutes. Ok, I turned my car back on cause....I got cold. Finally, they call me to drive around the back. The lady swabs me and says the doctor will be out shortly....wartch a movie. She literally meant that. She swabbed me at 11:00am. A nurse comes out and says the doctor is running behind....she will be with you once she catches up. It is now 12:08 and I am waiting for the doctor to give me my results. 12:20, I got my results and now I am waiting on a doctor's excuse for work. I would highly recommend calling asking for the wait time to be seen before going. This was ridiculous.

Very poor service. Took up to an hour and a half just to see the patient when they clearly stated they needed immediate care. Patient also had to wait outside because corona tested patient were also put on the wait list..I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Daughter is pregnant and came up to this location as her doctor advised her to. All other places you have to make an appt bust this place you don't. We arrived at 12:45 and it is now 3:06 and still waiting to be tested. I would recommend the ER than this place. The parking lot is not full and no one is inside waiting but low and behold some nurses are coming in and out with food. I guess they do not know how to take shifts to eat and take care of patients at the same time. They finally called her in at 4: and still waiting. Was told up to a 2 hour wait. Yea right.

I understand this is urgent care, but when a potential patient calls in prior to care, it would be very professional to mention that they may have to wait in their vehicle for HOURS, if they present specific symptoms amidst covid-19. Worse, you don't lock your doors at close and completely forget about them while they're experiencing asthma symptoms. Unacceptable!! I squandered my time, gas, and feel absolutely WORSE!!
