I had a huge file when I arrived here!! Drug test, blood test,hearing, vision, breathing, physical and I had to get a release from the Doctor!! They made my visit amazing! It was Quick for everything that I had to do! The young lady who was assigned to me was so informative and patient.. she had only been there a month, she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable!! This was a really smooth experience.. Very professional and sweet staff!!

Staff was rude & unprofessional. They are very slow even though they have plenty of staff. Maybe they should spend less time talking to each other and more time doing their job. Almost 7 hours sitting there , still had not been called. After 8 hours 2 people were called both left within 15 minutes. They both said they couldn't see any reason for why we all have been waiting. HORRIBLE

Experience was great. Only waited for about an hour and the process for the drug screening was fast and easy. Same as the physical. I would definitely recommend to an employer looking to drug screen their employees here.

Wonderful staff. They are very professional and nice. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem I have is the social distancing. It gets very crowded at times.

Lost records, waiting on a signature from a Doctor for my DOT card so I can go back to work. Ms. Lovelace one of the assistants has been great in trying to push it through but to no avail. Dr. Kempf and the Director of DOT could not find their rear ends if they had a map. Every day I wait costs me time and money in work. They suck. Go to the other location.
