I have been only going here for a few days and I absolutely love it!!! Everyone is so kind and considered. Thomas is a great guy he talks me through whatever exercise I'm doing. The whole staff is friendly.

I have been very pleased with the care given to me as I recover from De Quervains surgery on my wrist. The staff is friendly, prompt, caring, and knowledgeable. I would use them again if needed.

Ryan and the staff are phenomenal. They will assist in the exercise - they don't just sit back and watch you exercise. Ryan has assisted with my knee bends to help me get the movement that I need. They are professional and very courteous. I would recommend them to everyone!!!
