If I could give you zero stars I would. Not only am I disgusted with this location but am sad that it's gone down this bad. The staff is loud, laughing not watching their tone, people are on their cellphones talking loud and they didnt tell them to quiet down or take your phone call outside. Homebound teacher couldn't believe it either smdh.

As a current school bus driver for Memphis I would hope to be able to use a public library WiFi on my down time or while waiting for the library to open for the public. It’s sad to see this is my second time coming to this location and at&t shut the public library WiFi server off. Ha, no employees are even here. Sad case.. I can’t even use the public WiFi at a public library that is free. What a joke! I’m not from Memphis i recently moved here due to the cost of living and it is true what they say memphis shows time and time again the crabs in a barrel mentality. Have a great day. Memphis has so much potential
