We just adopted a young cat so it was time to pick up some necessities. I ordered them on-line Christmas Eve and they were ready for pick-up 15 minutes after the store opened the day after Christmas. When we arrived to collect our purchase, which was conveniently sitting on a rack at the front of the store by the checkout registers, we decided to stay and shop some more. There was a table with hand sanitizer and wipes at the entrance and the staff were wearing their masks properly. Everyone was very helpful. The shelves were reasonably well stocked of the necessities, clean and neatly organized. It was a surprisingly pleasant shopping experience for a large big box store.

I recently paid to have my puppy groomed and nails trimmed. This was done the day before I dropped her off for obedience school. I received a picture from the school two days later and I notice her nails had not been clipped.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my fur baby to get cut and a day before her appointment they rescheduled me to next to week because the groomer got moved to another store! Common sense would be for the groomers to work a little overtime to accommodate the pets that was scheduled for that particular groomer.. they informed me it was only 4 dogs scheduled for her that day.. this is ridiculous!!!!

When the individuals brought my dog out, it was not the correct dog. I let them know and they asked “are you sure?” As if I didn’t know my own pet. I brought him in for a nail clipping, shave, and bath. His nails were left uncut, the shave was patchy and uneven, and I genuinely do not believe he was bathed. I have never had such horrible work done. I can only imagine what they do to the animals behind closed doors. I will NOT be returning to this groomer in the future. I also went as far as to submit a formal complaint with the company. Note- I also use petsmart for all our dog and cat food and toys as well as using Banfield for my vet. Those are always amazing. The groomers, however, either need training or new management.

First time boarding my cat. Impressed by the cleanliness. While my cat is a loner and complained the majority of the time, they managed to get her to play once. I liked that they supply all food as part of the package with your choice following directions on feeding, as I feed my cat dry in morning and wet in evening. They supplied her with a toy mouse as with pandemic, no home toys, blanket or carrier are supposed to remain with the pet
