Because of Beth, our experience at this store this time was great! She helped us with all of our questions about the pet we wanted to purchase and more. I really appreciate her taking the time to treat our family with the courtesy and having the patience we needed. She didn’t rush us to make a decision or or anything. Love the store. We buy food for our dog here frequently and really like the assortment of different foods to choose from. We also frequent this store to buy supplies for my daughter’s fish. They always have what we are looking for and the employees are always nice and willing to help us.

Would not sign up for the 90 day cover for the guinea pigs as the kaytee food has awful reviews the guinea pig I got now has ringworm and seizures AVOID! This is going to cost hundreds in vets fees and might not even make it

One person running store waited over hour for help with fish no one ever came over. Left cart. Of about 90.00$
