The staff is so friendly and helpful! Their enthusiasm and care for animals. I could have easily gone over my budget because of my salesperson suggestions! All of them were great. She also pointed out online options for convenience when an item I needed was not available. This Hollywood Feed store is now my go to for all my fur baby's needs!
I go to the Union Ave location. My little 4 legged niece is my heart and this is our location. The employees are Wonderful and Friendly. I Love, Love, Love the Grooming Staff, Terry and Audrey. They are truly Wonderful with the babies,no matter how small or large, they are shown tender love and Care. Always helpful when you need it and courteous when you're in a rush. Curbside, delivery, and in store are all excellent. The dog wash alone makes this store great!
The employees are always super helpful and I absolutely love that about this location because sometimes I forget what I'm looking for. Lol. I bring my Service Dog Jacob with me and they are very respectful of us. Love it! Cheap prices on quality food too!
I don't think I even have to explain why Hollywood Feed gets 5 stars ... the staff always welcomes you, someone is always there to answer any questions or help you carry heavy bags to the front or your car. the checkout typically runs seamlessly smooth, all while you get to see the cute poochies behind the counter! I can't think of a time that I've left the store without a smile on my face!
