If I could give 0 stars I would!! They are so hateful!!!! I have had 2 different unpleasant experiences there!! Moved into Overton Co last year after getting married, I get my renewal notice emailed to me, still has my Putnam Co address. I call down there to find out what I need to do, and I am told it is my responsibility to get it updated! That's why Im calling! Then I get told that one of the people should have verified that I live inside Overton Co anyways, WELL THEY OBVIOUSLY DIDNT!!! JUST TELL ME WHAT i CAN DO TO FIX IT!!!
Very welcoming staff. Friendly and don’t mind and answering questions at all. Which was nice, because I have a bad habit of asking a lot of questions. Genuine pleasure from entering to exiting your facility. Keep up the good work!
Victoria has always gone far, above and beyond, for anyone in need, that shes ever met her entire life. She will do whatever it takes, to solve any problem, issue, or answer any question. She treats everyone like family. And to myself and the citizens I speak to, that makes her an asset and irreplaceable.
