Athens Movie Palace

The movie quality was amazing and the people there were so nice. They really paid attention to social distancing guidelines which I really appreciated. Some of the patrons though did not follow all the rules and where their mask while they were up moving around. They made their own movie about being clean and being nice to other people during the movie. Over all of that they were amazing people and the movie was great.

Awesome experience! Because of COVID, they are now doing private viewings as well as their normal operations. We rented one of their auditoriums for a private viewing and, because of the size of our family group, it ended up being no more expensive than your standard ticket price per person. We purchased concessions at the normal price just like we usually would and then our family was able to view one of their currently playing movies in our own private auditorium. They were extremely accommodating. The facilities were super clean, including the bathrooms. It was an overall wonderful experience and highly recommended. It’s not everyday you are able to rent a movie auditorium for a private viewing and, if you schedule it as a family gathering or with a group of friends and everyone contributes to cover the cost of their own, the cost is no more than you would normally pay. It’s not an opportunity that comes alone every day. Highly recommended!!

It felt like a really geeky place, and I enjoyed it. I've never been good at a professional opinion, but as a personal opinion I thought it was great. The audio was a bit quiet but definitely not an issue. Concessions were good, staff were great. I just loved it.

Theaters are very clean and the staff is very friendly. Great place to take a family for a movie.
