Don’t tell someone their ticket price is one amount, when there is a continuance fee added. There are people who have lives that may not be on the same schedule as you are on. Also, lady who answers phones needs to be a little more empathetic. Relay these issues to the system so maybe they can get resolved instead of bloating people off. I was not rude, I just wanted her to understand how I got my price. Nobody cares about their job nowadays, it’s just a paycheck to them. I guess good help is hard to come by.

I had to show proof of insurance and registration in a rental car when I was driving thru Athens and was stopped by TSP. I could find neither and was cited for court. Then Hertz sold the car and couldn’t prove ownership. It was a headache and I thought I was going to have to drive 500 miles to get the case dismissed. But I didn’t. Everyone was very helpful and understanding.nI want to give special thanks to AMANDA COOLEY. She was so helpful and polite and just made sure everything was taken care of. I hope someone reads this and let’s her supervisors know that she conducts court business the way it should be conducted. She works for all of us and she’s on our side—doing what needs to be done. And follows through on it. She deserves a promotion!!nThanks Amanda. I can relax now!

How about getting a phone system that isn’t automated with actual useful information?
