State Of Tennessee Driver Services Center

Lord never get a ticket in Tennessee! They're processing in showing proof the ticket is paid is like living in the 1800s. I'm from Ohio and once a ticket is paid it's automatically updated in the system. May take a standard 24hr to show which is fine. However, the only way to show proof that the ticket is paid is waiting to receive a paper in their mail from Tennessee. The inconvenience of that whole prosses is completely bogus. Especially when there's important things that can be effected by waiting. They way they do things needs to be greatly updated.

My daughter took her driving test herr yesterday and the ladies working were very beautiful and kind inside and out...they all had beautiful hair, smiles on their faces and even appeared genuinely happy for my daughter passing her driving test...I highly recommend this facility...literally no wait and no drama....thank you ladies, for your kindness yesterday and have a blessed day

Fastest license changeover ever! In and out in under twenty minutes. Clean facility, polite and knowledgeable workers.

They got us taken care of quickly and abided by covid rules. Very nice and pleasant visit.
