The staff at Lauderdale County Water Department are sweet and friendly. Renee Henderson is super helpful. They make me feel like family! (Even though I constantly forget to pay my bill on time) I pray for the water department staff daily. Good job!

I have a leak on their side of my meter and they won't come out and fix it. This is ridiculous. I called at 8:00 and again at 9:45 and here it is 11:00 and still no one. I have no running water in my house at all. They want to charge extra if you have a leak but don't want to fix theirs.

I agree with Kathy Hodge. The customer service is ridiculously horrible. I pay online and forgot to do it one day and went to pay it at the company and they talk as if I was beneath their shoes. But I'm sure we are not the only one who see this.
