Lillian is hands down THE worst retail worker I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Openly rude & rolling her eyes as she painstakingly rings up items at the front register. Even my friendly dog shyed away from her! Can you guys please move this unpleasant person to the back where she belongs?

Normally great going here but if your hours changed due to covid it would've been great to know that before I drove out to get dog food.

Hard to find anyone for help. But they are kinda and helpful once they are located.

I’m very impressed with the staff at this store. They offer the typical petco offerings but it’s the staff members with the leadership of management hat make this store a gem. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service even when it’s something that takes them extra time out of their workday. I really appreciate you guys!

This store is good but is on the smaller size.
