Lexington Electric System

I had an issue with lights flickering and dimming when I turned on the hot water. Had my electrician come out and his opinion was not enough power coming from the power grid and to call the engineers at Lexington Electric. I contacted the engineers on Monday and told them of my issues. Tuesday the Lexington Electric truck came and replaced the transformer that led to my home. I now have no issues at all. The engineers were helpful, listened to my problem and then came much faster than expected to fix the issue.nnThese folks don’t get enough credit, and only hear complaints when people don’t have power. But they came out just a couple days after storms hit the system and came to fix a little issue that I was having. Thankfully they are professional and work hard to keep customers happy. Hard working service crews but the customer call center is from the dark ages.You would think a multimillion dollar outfit would have a little better customer support than a voice message that says all lines are busy please call back.How about a little automation guys!
