I like this little shopping center! It's very convenient and includes: The Knox County Clerk's Office/Sherriff's Office/Notary Public, a Rural King, a very clean Subway restaurant, Ingle's Grocery Store and a few other little stores. I go here frequently and have always had a good experience with all of the places I've visited so far. To get my tags renewed, I was in & out within a few minutes and a HUGE plus for me is that the County Clerk's Office also has a Notary Public, who will notarize anything you need for only $3!! Thank you for that service!! The UPS store is overpriced and won't notarize all document types.
