Be sure that your new account is what they tell you it is. And never trust this place to “set up “ the direct deposit! I finished my account one month later 8/14/19. After 2 hours on the phone! Not even a apology from them!! I feel if I have to do their job I should be at least due a apology. Jefferson City Branch
