Dickson County Sheriff’s Office

They came out and picked up a bunch of tires that had been dumped on our road on the day I reported it. I do wish they’d come down my road more often but I do see them every once in a while which is nice.

I was there with my sister in 2011, and we were trying to get property back from her former roommate that she appropriated. The cops were unprofessional on the phone, and the one in person was very rude to my sister (who has a diagnosed mental disorder) and quite rude to me as well. I know much can change in that time, but, God willing, I'll never have to call the Sheriff's department in this county. God bless them, all the same.

I just want to thank the sheriffs’ deputies who rescued me when my car got stuck in mud on Two Mile Road in Dickson. They were so professional and great people (as well as the nearby homeowner who offered help too)! I’m from California and you all are blessed to have such great law enforcement.

This department has been thru so much this past year and still continue to do their best to help our community. I just had a situation with some stray dogs and i had to call non -emergency for help. Dispatch was professional and wonderful. She assured me a deputy would be out to help me with the situation and two deputies showed up less than 1/2 hr to help. They were wonderful all of them. Thank you.
