I decided to switch carriers and was needing to upgrade my phone as well as a home internet option. I was pleasantly surprised how well the process went. Eric Finely was top notch! Professional, personable and passionate about his work. He walked me through everything and took the time to set everything up for me. He made certain my experience was nothing less than perfect. I recommend Eric for all your Verizon needs!
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ryan brought every android phone in the store for me to look at and walked me through the pros and cons of each. He obviously was selling me the best phone to meet my needs not just the phone that gave him the biggest commission. Then once I selected my phone, he took care of uploading everything from my old phone, setting it up exactly how I wanted it and walked me through all of the features that were different. I walked out of the store feeling confident that I hadn't lost any of my data and that I knew how to use all the functions on my new phone.
I got cell phone service, phones and even a watch from very helpful staff at the Newport location.nAfter reviewing my bil I realized I could save a bunch my going to another carrier. I paid the devices off, paid what I thought was my last billnI paid Verizon through auto pay. Last month they took 150.00 out of my account. I call the number Newport location gave me. Customer service at that number explained about some sort of fees and such. I made a point to ask them if this was the last payment to be taken out of my account and they assured me it was.nToday 85.00 has been taken out of my account and obviously it is futile to believe customer service. Now I get to attempt to get this money back and these charges stopped. I feel like Hotel California.....looks like you can start the services but never stop it!!!
On Saturday I went into Verizon Newport and a representative named Eli greeted me at the door with a smile. I was having trouble with my iPhone 10. Needless to say I was stressed. Eli was so kind and patient with me. He shared the specials available and I purchased a new phone. My experience with Eli was the best experience I have ever had in buying a product. Eli is a positive representative for Verizon & as a result I will never go to another Verizon store in the future. In my opinion Eli is a true asset to Verizon!!!
Bill was extremely patient and so nice.We really appreciate his help we are a little older and needed alot of help and he took time go explain everything.
