Sprinkler Master Repair can tackle & repair big & small sprinkler issues just the way they need to be done. Mike & his crew were responsive, timely, friendly, hard working, service oriented & professional. I've used their services on several family properties.
Their pricing was competitive; they kept me informed of needed changes in project scope & worked to assure that my expectations were fully addressed, even though project scope needed adjustment. The end results are great.
Give them your trust & they will earn and keep it!
Update to my earlier review:
Then I emailed and called them to report my complaint. They got back to me 3 weeks later. The manager said he would talk to the guys who worked on my job and get back to me. No surprise, he never did.
But while I talked with him he told me he would have appreciated the ability to make it right - I should have let him know of the complaint before I fixed it myself so they could come finish the job. Well maybe I would have but I had waited some time for them to get to my job, I had planned to overseed the next day and the fact that they did not get back to me for so long confirmed that I would have been waiting several more weeks for them. In the end, I am confident my work was way better than theirs.
It has now been a couple of months since my review. I'm still irked and I still can't believe these guys charged me $300+ for such terrible work. No integrity.
Hire someone else if you want good work or good value. These guys are neither.
They made me feel like a neighbor they were helping. They gave me good advice and weren’t pushy. They told me what they would do if it were their yard and what the price differences would be on different options. I highly recommend Sprinkler master!
I was VERY pleased with the service I received from Dr. sprinkler. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They were able to address my problems and as time goes by we will see whether the repairs have helped with all the dry spots. I am confident that what they did will help.
Had an issue with my drip line and they were able to come out and fix it. Very reasonably priced and very down to earth staff. Would highly recommend!
