Very beautiful temple located at high altitude. I would recommend to check weather before going as roads are a bit narrow. They have opened the temple under covid precautionary guidelines. I am so thankful to priest and management who took this decision for public and allowed them to visit during this distressful time. My heart felt with so much positivity and gratitude once I entered the temple. I will highly recommend a visit to this place.

Temple is in a very nice location and at a high altitude, very peaceful location good for a weekend trip it's good.nThings to don1. Ganga park which is just 0.7 miles which either you can go by car or go for trekking till the rocky area after that you have to walk for another 0.3 to 0.4 mile down the hill where you will find shivalingam arranged in the down stream water.nn2. On the opposite hill of the temple Nandi was placed.nn3. There are couple of other trails for those who are interested.nnOver all it's a good location spot for both families and individuals for a weekend trip.nnNot many food options so would be better to carry your own food.nnAs the road is very narrow better take care in the winter season as the road may freeze.nnTravel from Georgia to this temple is very scenic as it goes through the Blueridge mountains especially when there are clouds where the clouds will be below the valley.
