On hold with the pharmacy for ten min. Figure it’s faster to drive down and talk to someone. They’re closed on Sunday...but how could all the “pharmacy technicians be assisting other customers,” like the recording states, if they’re closed on Sundays!?!! That’s a conundrum. Thanks for wasting my time CVS, and go to HELL!!!

Had to get a prescription sent from out of state and the pharmacy staff were very helpful and patient with the issues regarding that. Very understanding pharmacists. Hands down the best service I’ve had at a CVS!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Both pharmacist and staff are incredible jerks! Never seen such poor service store wide!

Polite and helpful but when I dropped off my prescription to be transferred from a competing pharmacy they called me back saying the competitor told them I was out of refills. My bottle says I have six left of my yearly prescription. The pharmacist told me to call the competitor about it. I called the competitor and gave them my birth date and the name of the drug and that was all they needed to get me my refill. So either the polite pharmacy worker who I gave my information to at CVS took it down wrong or someone was misinformed. Either way I'm driving to the competitor instead of walking over to CVS. I wouldn't call it bad service but it certainly wasn't great or exemplary, for whatever reason I'm sure they had.

Good, helpful employees. Overall a great CVS, but it’s still just CVS. Not much experience to it
