The Family Practice Center - Newport

Awesome group of people.

Dr Raj and staff are the worse at getting back to u about anything. Waiting on 3 wks now trying to get my lancets. I have called and used portal, no success!! I have lost faith in them, looking for a new dr..I cant get test results either.

I recently went to Shawna Ball. She will go above and beyond to care for you and make sure that you understand what is going on unlike other doctors that I have been to recently. Very knowledgeable and thorough to make sure you are taken care of. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

I’ve been a patient of this clinic and have been seeing Dr. Hood for many years. He is a fantastic doctor and the staff at this clinic are exceptional. Dr. Hood had always been a great doctor to me and my family, his diagnoses are always spot on, and he is always genuinely concerned with my health. Highly recommend!

Staff is very unprofessional and not friendly AT ALL... when they called our name, I had to go find where they were... both for the initial time (weight) and then again when getting blood drawn... not once where we, my daughter and I, made to feel welcomed. Dr. Raj however was AMAZING.
