I have been going here for years. The employees used to be great at helping and some still are. I have noticed over the last 6 months or so that a lot of employees are playing on their phones and not actively engaging with customers.nnOne major issue I have (pretty much with all the big box stores) is that when you request delivery, it appears that the employees choose the worst items (specifically lumber) to get rid of them. I ordered $1,600 worth of lumber and had to return 90% of it for decent pieces.nnIf they can fix the above issues, I would give a 5+ rating.

Natalie in paint on 3/31 went above and beyond to help me find what I needed for my project and help me feel comfortable I will get the results I am looking for. Thank you Natalie for not making me feel like I was wasting your time. I really felt you were honesty interested in helping me.

Great place to shop only problem they need more cashiers and helpers. It took almost 15 min in line and forever to get someone to help. Get these people more hands.

Always enjoy coming here. Reasonable prices, great customer service. Met an extremely helpful staff member in the flooring dept. He went above and beyond to help us out.
