This office in Newport,TN should really be more considerate when talking to a widow and her family.. My father passed away a few days ago unexpectedly and when we walked in the lady was very nice and apologized. But mr barnes never said sorry for your loss... Just got down to business...not the way i would think a Veteran should treat another fellow veterans family..
