I just love it here. I always get immediate results. I often work with a young lady named Chances and she is absolutely great and know her stuff. And by no chance could I leave out the lovely receptionist Mrs.Diane is so nice these women push me to places physically even when I just don't feel up to. I cannot thank Benchmark Hixson enough. All of the therapist are nice and very helpful.

Great experience with Benchmark. I had used them years ago and really liked them!! But I believe they have gotten better with time!!nnToday was my Graduation day and I felt like I was leaving Friends!!nnHighly recommend!!

I attended PT here for two months after the birth of my second child. I have had so many issues since having my son four years ago (related to childbirth) that needed fixing. They got me stronger and feeling amazing. Everyone who works here is very kind and easy to work with. They really listen to you and care about your welfare. It's about the patient and that's how care should be. Plus, Ms Diane at the front desk is just a ray of sunshine :)

The best physical therapist that I have ever had!! I have been struggling with neck and back injuries for 20 plus years. Since I had my neck injury I couldn’t hold my head up without holding it with my hands. Now I have mobility back and can move my head freely and less pain. Special thanks to Diane who always schedules to meet needs. Chances and Tiffany for the amazing work they do ! Also to Keri for the dry needling! I would recommend for anyone needing pt to go there!! They are all so amazing and know what they are doing!!!!! They treat you like family not just another patient when you walk in. Thanks guys!!!

If you are looking for a physical therapy office that cares and welcomes you in as they have known you in a past life bench mark pt in hixson is the place for you. I look forward to coming to pt and seeing chances shes amazing and the receptionist team. I truly enjoy and feel that they make a difference in my life. Thanks Benchmark for having a great team!!!
