Beautiful experience, be ready for a rocky hike

I saw that there was a five star review stating that this realtor knows the area. It is possible that he knew the location of whatever property that was in reference to, but in my experience he does not.nnProperties that he has listed frequently have inaccurate information or information missing that should be there when trying to sell. I was able to find some of the property that has his name attached as a realtor on LandWatch but when I looked up the property on other sites the information would differ.nnAn example of a property being listed wrongly was one that was described as having a creek run through, in the picture it is just a flooded low lying spot on the land...but then in the bottom of the listing it states there is a pond. A flooded spot that is a foot or two deep of water and roughly 20 ft circumference (and will dry out eventually without rain) is not actually a pond.nnI messaged him about one property that was listed and missing information that should have been included. I asked very specific questions to know if the property was something I should consider. I got a generic email back with a link that was supposed to give me the information on the property. The link instead was too a listing of three properties (none of them being the one I asked about) and none of my questions being answered. Even better was that there was a statement under the link that said that my clicking the link I agreed to be signed up for his email list. And the only way to unsubscribe was to email him again (wonder if I am unsubscribed from it....I made an email filter to auto delete the stuff).nnI sent another message directly to him explaining what happened with my email and asking the questions again, only to never get a response. Instead the property was magically delisted immediately (the property was much cheaper than others in the area so I thought maybe the price would be increased).nnSo, since he can't be bothered know what the details of his listings, or bother to find out the details...along with lack of property communication...I would have to pass on using him for anything in the future.nI contacted him with very specific questions

Couldn't ask for a better Realtor, he knows the area and was very nice to deal with.
