I called today because I messed up my knee in a boating accident. The receptionist advised me that they had a 3:00 opening but to come early to fill out paperwork. I am from New Mexico and could not believe I was able to get the appointment the same day.nI came early and called as advised and a young lady brought me the paperwork to fill out plus a mask to wear. When she arrived she was very concerned about the heat so she insisted I come in to do paperwork. I felt good about their COVID safety protocol.nSoon after completing the paperwork I was called back and was seen by a nurse and a quick history of medication I was using and temp and pressure readings were done. After this Dr Casady entered and asked what had happened. She evaluated my knee and concluded that no permanent damage was done and thought an injection would help. Dr Casady thoroughly explained her preliminary findings.nShe explained her treatment and the desired conclusion and then explained that if the injection did not work that more extensive tests would have to be performed. She gave me a prescription and afterwards the nurse gave me the injection. I then went to the receptionist and was told that I had a zero copay.nThis entire visit from my initial call to my exit was totally amazing. Everyone there showed that Southern hospitality that Tennessee is famous for. I was treated like I was special and I totally recommend anyone needing medical help to check them out. The clinic is formally called CHI Memorial - Family Practice Associates and they are located in Spring City, TN.
