Dayton Family Practice

In looking for a local Primary Care Provider DFP came up on my Google search. I must say after my initial visit I am highly impressed with all aspects of the care that I received. I had a 9 am appointment and didn't even get to settle into my seat in the waiting room. When I got to the exam room it wasn't 5 minutes before Dr Brock. came in. He was very thorough in getting all my medical history information and spent plenty of time talking with me about questions and concerns. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful with scheduling and questions. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I used to go to this office. Today I called and got an appointment because of strep throat. Shortly after they called me back and informed me that since I hadn't been there in 3 years I would be considered a new patient and they can't see me today after all. Needless to say I will not be calling them again. Apparently they only want people that are always sick so they can make more money.
