This is a great office to visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Family oriented and excellent with kids. We have 3 children and they are always excited to visit with my 4 year old always wanting to go first. Well organized and managed office. Dr. Shanks is a great dentist and has a wonderful staff.

Heidi is an amazing dental assistant! She made me feel so comfortable for my procedure today!! I have had many dental procedures done, but I have never had a dental assistant that was so caring! She made sure that my experience was as comfortable as it could be! She had a great attitude the entire time too! I love her personality and her customer service!!! She is awesome!

First visit. This is a very professional dentistry. They are thorough and very caring. The staff are all wonderful. This will be my new go to place for all my dental needs. I highly recommend them.

After two botched root canals (from a different location) and two infections as a result of these all in the same tooth in just 3 months... I am VERY pleased with the service I received. I was able to get my root canal finished properly (again at a different location) and was visiting my parents and needed a crown done. I called and was able to make an appointment for the next day and had the crown delivered and placed during this appointment. The staff was phenomenal and my tooth feels like it did prior to all this. I am able to eat properly and not in excruciating pain. I am so very thankful for being able to be seen and given the use of my teeth back. I will be returning for future dentistry needs without a doubt. Thank you!!!

I had to have a tooth extracted but I didn't want to go back to the place I had been before. I remembered hearing about this office from a radio commercial. What a wonderful experience even having a tooth pulled! My husband and I will now go here for all our dental needs. Everyone at this office was compassionate and understanding and explained all my options to me. I highly recommend this office! Love, love, love them!
