East TN Dodge Chrysler Jeep provided an overall exceptional car buying experience. They sought early to understand what kind of vehicle we were seeking. They also helped us understand some of the fine print regarding other vehicle prices we were finding online. They were not pushy in trying to sell their inventory. They expressed willingness to locate any specific vehicle we were seeking and still be willing to negotiate a deal. Ultimately we did find a vehicle on the lot and were willing to work to achieve the pricing that our research had determined was right for us. We were happy that East TN Jeep allowed us to buy a new vehicle for just a little more than what another dealer would have us pay for a used vehicle.

I had a very seamless, exciting trade in at East Tennessee Dodge Chrysler. Brandon and the team made everything easy with no pressure and I signed the deal I wanted for a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. They were all very helpful with all questions, especially Brandon, my sales associate, and Kevin the financial guy. The facility is also very welcoming and everyone there is focused on getting the customer what he needs. I absolutely love my new vehicle!

Jim & Team were amazing! We went to three dealerships to find our new Wrangler and every step of the way was a pleasure. They were upfront and honest about pricing and gave us the best deal we could find. They also delivered it to us two hours away from the dealership. Never went there and we didn’t have to play the games we played at the other two dealerships. Thanks again!

The staff here were very accommodating and professional. Chris Tinchner did an awesome job answering all of my questions, and sealing the deal! He was very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy new! The process was Easy and Fast. I think I was at the dealer for 4 hrs from beginning to end. I was very impressed with the speed of service.

All of the people I came in contact with at East Tennessee Dodge were SO friendly and helpful! Kyle was my salesman and he went above and beyond to be helpful and provide me with as many options as possible. He even brought a vehicle from another dealership for me to look at. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or uneasy. I realize they are in the business to make money, but I honestly feel that I got an excellent deal. This was my second time going through East Tennessee Dodge. I highly recommend them. The finance department was wonderful as well! Very personable. I had a great experience!
