Fairly new bricked shopping plaza. Great location off Forest Drive.

Great new retail and restaurant area near TJ's and Lowe's Foods. Bad Daddy's is an anchor and is a great burger joint with excellent salads. Some might consider this a mini-main street for Forest Acres! Not a lot of tenants yet. So far I believe we have Bad Daddy's, Nothing Bunt Cakes, and a Pilates place. It is right in front/part of the construction of some higher-end apartments. The Beach company is the developer. This is a good thing considering their other projects around the midlands and Charleston (and others that I'm not aware of, I'm sure).
